That is why A.T. Kearney’s Mentoring Program focuses on the effective and long-term development of all consultants. In the Nordic Unit, Principals and Partners are assigned as mentors. They explain the firm’s expectations, help with networking, facilitate staffing on appropriate assignments and special development projects, and assist in determining the best possible career objectives. They also update the firm on consultants’ development, and communicate and interpret the firm’s decisions regarding career advancement.
